In steel mills, aluminum mills, or foundries, airborne dust and particles are persistent challenges arising from various operations like processing ore, recycling scrap, and operating furnaces. Effective dust control is crucial for smooth plant operations. The Air Cleaning Blower™ (ACB) addresses these challenges by specifically targeting dusty and corrosive environments, eliminating the need for constant maintenance due to clogging filters.

By utilizing a unique, patented process, the ACB pulls in dirty air and separates dust and particles using momentum, without the use of filter elements or media. This ensures clean air is delivered to your application without the need for filter replacements or maintenance.

An internationally recognized filter-testing laboratory conducted independent tests on the ACBs to assess their effectiveness. Results showed that they remove over 98% of airborne dust and particles, including virtually all particles larger than 10 microns and about 40% of those down to 3 microns. This level of effectiveness exceeds that of most air-conditioning systems.
Originally developed for harsh environments such as steel, mining, and fertilizer plants, the Air Cleaning Blower™ (ACB) is versatile and suitable for various foundry or plant operations.
